1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the okbdt platform and all of its services. By visiting the okbdt website, creating an account or participating in any game, you are giving your consent to fully accept these Terms.

okbdt is an online gaming platform that provides sports betting, casino games, slots and other entertainment gaming services for players in Bangladesh. All our services are for adults only, who are at least 21 years of age.

2 Account Registration

• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

okbdt reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. To ensure secure transactions, we may request the following documents:

• Proof of current address (such as a utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used.

Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete. Providing false information may result in permanent account closure.

2.3 Account Security

Keep your login details secure. okbdt will never ask for your password via email, phone or chat. okbdt is not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

3 Age Verification

All services on okbdt are for people aged 21 or older only. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. okbdt may request age verification at any time. Providing false information about your age will result in immediate account closure and the associated balance may be forfeited.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer.

• Only use payment methods registered in your name. Use of third-party payment methods is not permitted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held if KYC verification has not been completed.
• The deposited amount must be wagered at least once before withdrawal.

4.3 Transaction Issues

5 Bonuses and Promotions

okbdt offers various bonuses and promotional offers for new and existing players. Each bonus has its own terms that must be followed.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. To withdraw this bonus, a wagering requirement of 15 times the total bonus amount must be met.

For example: if you deposit ৳2,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳30,000 (2,000 × 15) before withdrawing.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer must be used within a specified period, which will be stated at the time the offer is claimed.
• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Winnings earned using bonus funds are first applied toward meeting the wagering requirement.
• There may be restrictions on the use of bonuses in certain games or game types.
• okbdt reserves the right to change or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• Bonuses will be cancelled if fraudulent activity is suspected.

5.3 VIP Program

Regular players can participate in the okbdt VIP program. This program has three tiers:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Silver: up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Gold: up to 1.2% cashback per week.

You will have the opportunity to advance to higher tiers based on your gaming activity and loyalty. Each tier has its own special benefits and rewards.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on the okbdt platform are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. Our game providers are internationally recognized and their games undergo regular third-party audits.

6.1 Game Results

The results of all games are determined by a verified random number generator (RNG). Once a game is completed, its result cannot be changed. If a game remains incomplete due to a technical error, that round will be considered void and the wagered amount will be returned.

6.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game, which are displayed during the game. As part of responsible gaming, we also provide the option to set personal betting limits.

6.3 Technical Issues

7 Prohibited Activities

• Using software, bots or automated tools to influence gaming results.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate games.
• Conducting money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.
• Harassing, threatening or insulting other players.
• Conducting transactions using a third party's account.

We monitor suspicious activity and reserve the right to notify the relevant authorities if necessary.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

okbdt reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

8.1 Closure by okbdt

• In the event of a breach of these Terms.
• In the event of providing false information or identity fraud.
• On suspicion of fraudulent or illegal activity.
• In the event of failure to complete KYC verification.
• In the case of a long-term inactive account (with prior notice).

8.2 Closure at Player Request

You may close your account at any time. To request closure, send an email to [email protected] or contact us via live chat. It is recommended that you withdraw any remaining valid balance before closing the account.

8.3 Voluntary Self-Exclusion

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, okbdt is not liable for the following:

• Losses caused by technical errors or server outages.
• Games lost due to your internet connection being disconnected.

In any situation, okbdt's maximum liability is limited to the amount of the transaction involved in that specific incident.
